Support centre

Help for people already running Measuret.

You will reach an engineer who knows the product. Tell us the software version and what you were doing when it went wrong, and we can usually skip several rounds of questions.

Raising a request

What to include.

A support request that contains these takes far less time to resolve than one that does not.

  • The software version, from Help → About
  • What you were doing when it happened, step by step
  • What you expected, and what actually occurred
  • The exact wording of any message on screen
  • Your Windows version
  • The camera model, if the problem involves capture
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible

Please do not send

Keep these out of email.

We do not need them to diagnose a fault, and email is the wrong place for them.

  • Licence files
  • Passwords or credentials of any kind
  • Sensitive production data, or drawings you are not free to share

If a diagnosis genuinely needs a file, we will tell you and arrange a route for it. For a licence issue, quote the machine it is installed on rather than attaching the licence.

Quick answers

Before you write.

The most common support questions, answered in a sentence or two.

Where do I find the version number?

Help → About in the application. The About screen also carries the support links and the Multitek addresses.

My licence stopped working after a rebuild or reinstall.

Licences are bound to the machine. If the installation was rebuilt, the licence may need reissuing — contact us with the machine details. Do not email the licence file itself.

Is there an offline manual?

Yes. Help → Help Center opens an operator guide that is installed with the application and works with no internet connection.

Can I install it on more than one machine?

That depends on your licence terms. Ask us and we will tell you what your licence covers.

Do you provide training?

Yes. Ask about training and tell us how many operators and what they are measuring.

Still stuck

Talk to an engineer.

Email is usually fastest because it carries the detail. The telephone is there when a line is down and you need somebody now.
