The short version
Before the licence key is issued, you can cancel and get all your money back. After the key is issued, we do not refund as a matter of course, because a perpetual key cannot be taken back once it is in your hands. We would rather you tried the software before buying, and we will arrange that.
Cancelling before delivery
Licence keys are issued within one working day of payment. If you email service@multitek.in before the key has been sent and ask to cancel, we refund the full amount, no reason needed.
After the key has been issued
Within seven days of delivery, we will refund in full if the software will not run on a system meeting the published requirements and we cannot fix it, or if it does not do what this website says it does. Tell us what went wrong and give us a reasonable chance to put it right first.
We do not refund because the software was bought by mistake, because the measurement was not the one you expected, or because a licence is no longer needed. If you are unsure whether Measuret suits your work, ask for a demonstration before you buy rather than after.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once approved, we raise the refund within two working days; it then takes five to seven working days to reach your account, depending on your bank. International refunds are made in the currency paid, and we do not compensate for exchange rate movement between payment and refund.
A refunded licence key is withdrawn and stops being valid. You must uninstall the software.
Failed and duplicate payments
If money left your account but the order did not complete, email service@multitek.in with the date, amount and reference. Most failed transactions are reversed automatically by the bank within five to seven working days. Duplicate payments are refunded in full as soon as we spot them or you tell us.
How to ask
Email service@multitek.in with your order reference and what you want to happen. A person reads it. We answer every refund request, including the ones we turn down, and we tell you why.
