What this covers
This policy describes what Multitek Technologies collects when you use measuret.com or buy a Measuret licence, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you buy a licence: your name, organisation, email address, billing address, country, and GSTIN if you supply one. We need these to issue the licence key and a valid tax invoice.
When you email us: whatever you put in the message, and your email address.
We do not collect card details. Payment is taken on a page hosted by our payment provider, and card data never reaches this website or our servers.
What we do with it
We use it to issue your licence, invoice you, keep the statutory accounting records Indian law requires us to keep, and answer your support requests. We use it to contact you about the licence you bought — a security issue, a compatibility problem, a new build.
We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider processes the transaction and holds the payment record. Our email provider carries the messages. Our accountants and auditors see the invoice records. Tax and regulatory authorities see what the law requires us to show them. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Invoice and licence records are kept for as long as Indian tax and company law requires, currently eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for supporting you.
What you can ask for
Write to service@multitek.in and you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are required by law to keep the record — we cannot delete a tax invoice on request.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. The payment page hosted by our payment provider sets its own cookies, which are governed by that provider's policy.
