Measuret is delivered electronically
Nothing is shipped. There is no disc, no dongle and no physical package, so there are no shipping charges, no courier and no customs formality for you to deal with. The licence key and the download link arrive by email.
When it arrives
Licence keys are issued by hand during Indian business hours and sent within one working day of the payment clearing. Orders placed over a weekend or an Indian public holiday are issued on the next working day.
We do this by hand rather than automatically so that each key is registered against a named installation before it goes out. It costs you a few hours and it means we know which key belongs to whom when you call for support.
Where it is sent
To the email address entered on the order. Check it before paying. If you need the key sent somewhere else — a purchase department, a shared mailbox — tell us at service@multitek.in and we will send it there instead.
If nothing has arrived within two working days, check the spam folder first, then write to us with your order reference. We will resend.
Invoices
The tax invoice is emailed with the licence key. Indian orders receive a GST invoice carrying our GSTIN and yours if you supplied it. Orders from outside India receive an export invoice.
Where we deliver
Anywhere we are lawfully permitted to supply software. Because delivery is electronic, there is no country we cannot reach and no delivery charge to any destination.
