Who you are contracting with
Measuret is published by Multitek Technologies, 201-208, 2nd Floor, Shri Krishna Complex, Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi 110096, India. In these terms "we" and "us" mean Multitek Technologies, and "you" means the person or organisation buying or using a licence. Multitek Technologies is the seller of record for every order placed on this website.

What you are buying
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Measuret on one computer. The licence does not expire. You are buying the right to use the software, not the software itself; copyright remains with Multitek Technologies.
A licence may be moved to a replacement computer. Ask us and we will reissue the key against the new installation and withdraw the old one.
What you may not do
You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your licence key. You may not decompile or reverse engineer the software except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded. You may not run one licence on more computers than it was issued for.
If a key is found in use on more installations than were paid for, we may withdraw it.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown on the purchase page. For customers in India, prices are quoted exclusive of GST and GST is added at the applicable rate. Supply the GSTIN at checkout if the invoice needs to carry it; a GSTIN cannot be added after the invoice has been issued.
For customers outside India, the supply is an export from India. Any customs duty, VAT, sales tax or withholding tax arising in your own country is your responsibility.
What we do not promise
Measuret is a measuring aid. It reports what your calibration and your image tell it. It cannot know whether your calibration is correct, whether your optics have shifted, or whether the feature you clicked is the feature the drawing meant. Deciding whether a measurement is fit for its purpose remains yours.
We do not warrant that the software is free of defects or that it will meet a particular accuracy specification in your set-up. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

Support is by email to service@multitek.in. Tell us the software version and what you were doing when the problem occurred. We do not commit to a fixed response time on this page; if you need a contractual response time, ask us for a support agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
